Hello My Dear One,
This weeks topic is "Manifesting through the Power of Love.!!!
I HIGHLY recommend if you do not have a computer with speakers to hear the audio clips that you listen to this message also perhaps on a friends computer and PLEASE feel f'ree to forward these e-mails onto your friends and save and print it for yourself.
Why do I address you as Dear One?? Because WE ARE ALL ONE therefore very close and dear to each other. YES WE ARE. This week I would like to share some ideas and heart felt love and information about manifesting through the power of letting go……...and of course the Power Of Love !
I know it is important to be quiet and let go, not just for our peace of mind but
also to let the power flow through us to be quiet and get out of the way. You
know sometimes our good is simply wanting to catch up with us and it can
when we take the time to be quiet, relax and let go........
If we can simply turn our attention away from all of the things that we do want
to manifest in the 3rd dimension in other words in the outer and go within to
bring it forth. Let us all this week simply do as the great Thomas Troward did
and ask simply "For more Of God within us". More peace, more awareness,
more love and compassion. Doing this we will find that the walls that we
ourselves have built and has seemed to be obstructing us from realizing
our dreams into the physical plane with begin to crumble and our truth,
our dreams will become real. The walls will disappear from where they
came..... US!! The what we do want to manifest will not evaporate it will last
and grow and build. This way we will ALWAYS in ALL RIGHT WAYS feel
fulfilled on purpose, be prospered and passionate about our lives.
The love we seek, the prosperity we seek, the passion for life we seek not only
is seeking us it is us. We simply must let go and be quiet and go to the field as
the Mystical beautiful Poet Rumi said and meet our good in the field. When we
do this it will grow a molecular structure and also meet us on this field of the 3rd dimension. I speak a little more about this in the audio file did however I
wanted you to also have it as a text so that you may print this out.
How do we do meet our good to manifest in the field?
1) FIRST Sit down somewhere quiet, preferable outside in nature or
even out on a balcony as I often do, as long as you can feel you can sit there in peace and quite. I love to be outside, as the natural air on my skin feels magical when I am letting go. So now take ten deep breaths through the nose and out through the mouth. Do this breathing in through the nose and out through the
mouth slowly and as you are doing this think these words Peace …..I AM Peace !
2) Then close your eyes and say out loud," I AM PEACE, I AM JOY, I AM LOVE, I AM COMPASSION, I AM HEALTH, I AM WEALTH, I AM BEAUTIFUL,
I AM AWARE, I AM THAT I AM!" There does not have to be an order to it
simply say positive words out loud and then breath, relax and ......let go.
3) Then say in your own words (here I will simply give an example)
"Dear Infinite one, today I turn away from the 3rd dimension and go within to
where I know all that I desire to live a truly happy, prospered, life is now made manifest in my physical realty. I now call into my life all the good there is and release everyone and everything that is not for my highest good to their highest good."
4) Then begin to visualize what it is you DO want as if it has already happened.
Get into that feeling that you NOW have all that you have dreamt of experiencing
and then……….
5) ……… simply keep breathing , relax quite the mind….. Let go…
and let God…… if you are still having a challenge with quieting the mind chatter keep repeating to your self in your mind NOT out loud
I AM THAT I AM, I AM PEACE, I AM JOY, I AM LOVE, I AM COMPASSION,
I AM HEALTH, I AM WEALTH, I AM BEAUTIFUL, I AM AWARE, I AM THAT I AM!"
Whenever we feel we have to look outside of ourselves for love please PLEASE
know that all of the love we could ever handle in a million, billion life times
is there pouring itself into, through and all around us when we let go and allow
our sleeping self to wake up and to truly feel and experience it. This way we
can never really feel alone again. That's why I wrote the MusiVation ™ song.
"I Am NEVER LONELY" Because the SPIRIT DOES indeed live in me and
I have to remind myself as I feel we all do as the illusion of this physical
experience can sometimes trick us and make us feel we have to look
for others to feel loved.
I also LOVE LOVE LOVE the wonderful lyrics from the song "Day By Day"
from GodSpell "To see thee more clearly, to follow thee more nearly, to love thee more dearly…… day by day. " And may we add……. and moment by moment!!!!
