Say the following morning affirmation OUT LOUD EVERY morning for the next 7 days with emotion, feeling and passion. In fact say it out loud many times until you FEEL real emotion behind your words as that is the secret to making it really powerful.
"Today I expect wonderful things to happen for me.

Again as I said in the audio PLEASE remember awareness doesn't occur by accident. It's a deliberate decision that you make again and again, day after day, week after week, month after month, moment by moment. It's something that you grow in and develop in. When you could be sloppy you're not, when you could be sad, you laugh instead. If you fall down, you pick yourself up and begin again and again and again.
